Living Abroad

“Cookery is not chemistry. It is an art. It requires instinct and taste rather than exact measurements.” Marcel Boulestin

My Experience Living Abroad

In 2019 Fall, I got an opportunity to venture to Spain for the whole semester. I could not resist diving into a new culture, and learning Spanish traditions, language, music, but most importantly their cuisine! People say that Spanish cuisine derives from a compound history when conquests and invasions altered Spanish traditions by making new ingredients available. Today, current and old cuisine incorporate new and old traditions. Bellow you can find some pictures. This is only a small part of what I have gotten to experience in Spain. I wish one day you get to try all of it as well!

Always look for opportunities to try something new!
